A downloadable game for Windows

An experimental game about depression and anxiety.

Explore a symbolic bedroom, interact with the objects around you, and discover how small steps can guide you out of isolation.
Through a short and symbolic experience, the player is invited to navigate a room that represents emotional confinement. Every object carries a fragment of meaning, and the journey unfolds through interaction, discovery, and the attempt to find an escape — both literal and metaphorical.

The art direction adopts a melancholic aesthetic, strongly inspired by the visual style of Little Nightmares. The use of shadows, limited lighting, and exaggerated objects helps reinforce the emotional discomfort. The game also includes fan-art/tribute pieces, added as an artistic homage and part of the visual learning process.

Gameplay

The core mechanic is environmental interaction.

The player must observe, test, and use items scattered throughout the room to solve small puzzles.

This constant interaction is essential:

without it, the character remains trapped — just as many people feel immobilized by their own anxiety.

The gameplay aims to reinforce this metaphor in a simple and accessible way.

Controls

  • WASD or Arrow Keys — move
  • Mouse — interact
